Your event reservation is reserved especially for you, meaning we will forego other events that may conflict with yours. If you choose to cancel your decorating event, especially if you cancel at the last minute, our decorators are often not able to fill the time with another customer. For that reason, we must institute a cancellation policy and must stick to it with no exceptions.
A Non-refundable retainer fee of $50 is required to reserve your event date, and the remaining balance is due on the date of your event.
